Our detailed checklist of services required helps us determine your particular needs, then we base our pricing upon those needs. We help you establish and maintain your specified budget, allocating budget numbers to each category of your event. We guide you toward vendors who can create your vision within the specified budget. We then negotiate the contract for maximum benefit for the best possible pricing. Once the entire team is assembled, we interject creative ideas throughout the planning process, maintain regular contact with your vendors, manage your event on a day-to-day basis, and on your wedding day, and orchestrate a flawless and memorable event.

Event Production provides a very thorough and complete organization of vendors you’ve already contracted yourself. Storybook Wedding Consulting assists you with the incorporation of any unique elements you want to include in your wedding day. We efficiently pull together a team of vendors who may have never worked together before. We carefully review all of your executed contracts, maintain communication and arrange a final meeting with all vendors, produce a detailed schedule of all wedding day events and distribute to all vendors. We coordinate vendor load in, set up, strikes and load out. Our contact information is given to each vendor, so that any questions or concerns can be directed to us on your wedding day. We direct the rehearsal, ceremony and reception and remain on-site throughout your event to ensure that every detail is executed smoothly and according to plan. We manage any on-site challenges with creative solutions.

Ceremony Directing is designed for couples who desire professional assistance with rehearsal and ceremony activities. It provides peace of mind and allows for a stress-free wedding ceremony, making it more enjoyable for the bride and groom, and their families. This service may be booked 2 months prior to the wedding.

Reception Directing is designed for couples who are getting married in a church or synagogue with an on-site wedding director. This service may be booked 2 months prior to the reception.
